About
A high-payload harmonic mount that carries up to 20 kg of imaging equipment with no counterweight or shaft, from a 6.5 kg head. Strain-wave drives on RA and DEC give backlash-free motion with high torque at full load, and an electronic brake on RA plus safety limit encoders guard against backsliding and cable snags. The body is CNC-machined 6061 aluminium anodised black and blue; it runs equatorial or alt-azimuth, is controlled over Wi-Fi or USB, and speaks ASCOM 7, Alpaca, INDI, LX200 and SkySafari.
