A triplet 0.74x reducer with field-flattening correction for the Askar 131F, taking it from f/7.5 to 733.6 mm at f/5.6 over a 44 mm full-frame circle. Both ends are M72x1, with M54x0.75 and M48x0.75 adapter rings and an extension tube in the box.
